Demolition, framing, flooring, tile floors, backsplashes and showers, closets, trim and doors, general carpentry, painting, and more are usually handled by our company without the need to sub-out most of your renovation. Productivity is up, the timeframe is shortened, and quality control is assured.  When other trades are required for a project we reach out to specialists with whom we’ve established great relationships over the years. Our communication is something we are very keen on keeping on point, as most of our projects are second homes. Home owners who do not typically reside in the homes we work at at the time of the project are very happy to deal with us via many types of communication; email, video chat, text, annotated photos, etc. so that we can easily resolve decisions and keep your project moving smoothly.
